PALEO CAR CARE EVOLVES GAS DELIVERY APP TO INCLUDE AUTO SHOP SERVICES, MORE

July 25, 2023 (San Antonio, Texas) - The family-owned business on the city’s near West Side that brought gas delivery to San Antonio is now setting their sights on transforming the automotive industry as a whole, and the technology is already available on your smartphone.

Co-Founders Paul and Robert Black have worked countless hours with CTO Piyush Prakash to launch the second version of the Paleo Car Care app, which now includes unprecedented access to their full-service auto repair shop. “Our customers have loved utilizing our team for gas delivery through the app,” says Paul Black. “We saw an opportunity to take that to the next level by allowing them to request quotes for service, follow their car’s journey to a clean bill of health, and communicate with our crew every step of the way.”

The app officially launches today across all of San Antonio, a new development for the company as well, as gas delivery was previously only available in select zip codes. It will also include both Regular and Premium memberships, with added benefits to signing up for the $9.99 monthly membership. Customer and avid fan Leia Unger says the new features are worth the cost. “My car’s tank is always full thanks to Paleo, but I love that now when it needs service I can have it picked up, follow the progress of the repair, and have it returned to me all through my phone,” she says. “Like many other people, I have a hard time trusting auto shops and this will make the process so much more transparent.”

Paleo is actively hiring for technicians to meet the anticipated demand the new version will create, and that’s another element of the industry they’re hoping to evolve. “This is something no other shop in San Antonio can other their crew,” says General Manager Phillip Rosale. “To be able to work with a trailblazing tech platform that makes your job easier and more efficient is a dream come true.”
